yeah now that is weird, in WA, but with Ohio title. It might be far enough back they didnt have to retitle, but it looks like possible Ohio plates on it still. Might have been a show and display but it isnt that rare of a car. Not on the nonconforming but eligible list either, all that is there are a few oddball 164 and spyder years.
Let me find out that title says 1994 164 on it haha

All it takes is the luck of shipping it here without customs inspecting it too closely plus a clerk at the DMV who isn't paying attention/a falsified VIN and title.
It's still illegal as fuck.

He drove it from Washington to Columbus, Ohio and listed it here. Guess it didn't sell and he drove it back.
